Do you have warranty?

All our Products are covered Warranty against any manufacturing or material defect in any part or component of the furniture which fails during normal use. Studio Kook will replace such furniture or part/component. Replacement and repair will be at the sole discretion of Studio Kook.

 

 10 days Replacement only:

All our products are eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, original packaging, with user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

If you report an issue with your order, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide resolution.

Warranty Summary:

36 Months on Manufacturing Defects as per Warranty Card

Covered in Warranty:

Manufacturing Defects in Product, Termite & Fungus, Colour Fading & Product Failure (As per Warranty Card, T&C)

Not Covered in Warranty:

Damage due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized uses, continuous contact with water.

 

 

Can the product be customised to my specifications?

We do not provide customization at this stage. Our furniture has a modular unit design and can be adjusted to space or area available. Please contact our customer care for true guidance and advice on the same.

What material is used to manufacture?

Top Quality Particle Boards and Laminates, Fabricated Metal Frames, Cable Management Systems and Tempered Glass have been used in our furniture. All accessories like handles, hinges and channels are of good quality and of reputed brands. Aesthetics and Strength are the core qualities of our designs.

What if I receive damaged material or package

We would advice you not to open the package till our technicians come for assembly. In case you open the package and find the material damaged kindly get in touch with our Customer Care for immediate resolution to your problem.

Whom do I contact in case I have a problem?

How to clean the furniture?

Glass tops can be cleaned with normal glass cleaners. The laminated surface can be cleaned with wet cloth.

Where is your manufacturing set-up?

We have our Factory Showroom at Vadhgaonsheri Pune.

Can I assemble my own product?

We provide free installation and assembly services. Our technicians are trained to do the assembly. Our technicians will take your appointment and come and install the furniture at your convenience. Installation time may depend upon the furniture type, however the same can easily be completed in two hours time.
