Studio Kook makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, colours, finishes and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However, customers acknowledge that:

• colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and viewing environment;
• wood, engineered wood, laminates, fabrics and other materials may have minor variations in colour, grain, texture or appearance;
• dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances; and
• minor product improvements or manufacturing changes may be introduced without materially changing the functionality or character of the product.

Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Decorative items, accessories or other objects shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

All products are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on the Website does not guarantee that the product will remain available at the time an order is processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to provide an estimated availability date, offer an appropriate alternative where applicable, or cancel and refund the affected item.

Payment processing is provided by secure third-party payment gateways. Studio Kook does not store complete card credentials on its own systems.

An order will not be considered successfully paid merely because an amount appears to have been debited from the customer's bank account.

If payment is debited but the transaction is shown as unsuccessful, customers should contact us with the relevant transaction details for verification.

Studio Kook delivers products using its own logistics arrangements and/or third-party logistics partners.

Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines displayed on the Website are indicative and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, transport disruptions, or installation requirements.

Before purchasing furniture, customers should ensure that:

• product dimensions are suitable for the intended space;
• doors, staircases, elevators, corridors and entrances are sufficiently large; and
• any required building or society permissions have been obtained.

Customers are encouraged to inspect outer packaging and products at delivery. If packaging appears materially damaged, customers should inform the delivery team and report any damage or missing components promptly to Studio Kook.

Where professional installation is included or offered, it may be performed by Studio Kook personnel or authorized service partners.

Installation does not include civil work, electrical work, plumbing, wall modification, or moving existing furniture.

Where assembly instructions are provided for self-assembly products, customers should follow them carefully. Damage caused by improper assembly or unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage.

Order cancellations are governed by our dedicated Cancellation Policy.

Returns, manufacturing-defect claims, and warranty matters are governed by our Warranty Policy.

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Remedies may include component replacement, repair, technician visit, product replacement, or a refund as applicable.

Furniture should be used for its intended purpose and protected against excessive moisture, direct sunlight, extreme heat, chemical cleaners, and overloading. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Studio Kook does not provide product customization unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Special customized orders will be governed by specific terms agreed upon at order placement.

All content, photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks on this Website are owned by or licensed to Studio Kook and protected by IP laws.

We may use third-party providers for payments, logistics, delivery, installation, and analytics. Their services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, updates, or technical failures beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Kook shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer statutory rights remain fully protected under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Subject to consumer protection statutory rights, courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have legal jurisdiction.

If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Studio Kook to enforce any rights or provisions on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of such rights on future occasions.
